What is anxiety
Anxiety is identified as emotion which is characterized by worried thoughts, feeling of tension or increase in blood pressure. But while these phenomenon are considered normal in life, these characteristic turn into anxiety when they just don’t go away. It’s a critical condition which can be hard for a person to manage in his daily life.
According to WHO (World Health Organization) report from 2017 it was noted that 38 million people of India are affected by anxiety. Whereas other 56 million people suffer from Common Mental Disorder (CMD’s) and Major Depressive Disorder (MDD’s) also known as depression. That’s an staggering 7% of total Indian population.
Signs of Anxiety
Level of anxiety is dependent upon the level of event’s pressure or stress, bigger the stress of an event greater will be it’s effect on the life of the person.

Panic attacks turn out very intense feelings of distress, accompanied by unpleasant physical symptoms. Recurring panic attacks can be a sign of panic disorder.
Irritation:-
Most people with generalized anxiety disorder report feeling extremely irritable, especially when their anxiety is at a very high level. Because anxiety is associated with high excitement and excessive worry, it is not surprising that irritability is a common symptom.
