What is anxiety
Anxiety is
identified as emotion which is characterized by worried thoughts, feeling of
tension or increase in blood pressure. But while these phenomenon are
considered normal in life, these characteristic turn into anxiety when they
just don’t go away. It’s a critical condition which can be hard for a person to
manage in his daily life.
According to WHO
(World Health Organization) report from 2017 it was noted that 38 million
people of India are affected by anxiety. Whereas other 56 million people suffer
from Common Mental Disorder (CMD’s) and Major Depressive Disorder (MDD’s) also
known as depression. That’s an staggering 7% of total Indian population.
